SpraySeal NS-R200 provides key proven long-term performance, using a liquid cold applied, VOC free, and environmentally friendly protection solution to the expansion and contraction cycling conditions a metal roof assembly experiences every day.
SpraySeal NS-R200 provides product characteristics including; speed of application, no vulnerable seams, laps or multiple accessory requirements, and superior curing and adhesion technology. When utilizing Naturaseal’s
NS-Acriseal technology, the roof will be LEED and Energy Star accredited, and holds a Class A fire rated classification. Application of the
SpraySeal NS-R200 allows for minimal disruption to the building occupiers during application without added life safety and or insurance concerns, smoke or offensive odors emitting during and or post application.
NS-Acriseal was designed to form a monolithic bond with our
SpraySeal NS-R200 and has a significent amount of elongation to withstand any movement.
Retrofit roofing is a very common solution, as it is a faster solution, cost effective, and improves energy efficiency. Prequalifying the varied low sloped roofing material options from reinforced sheet goods, such as polymer-modified bitumen, and thermoplastic membranes, such as single ply TPO, PVC or EPDM, and liquid applied can be confusing and technically challenging as each system offer benefits which work in certain exposure conditions but are challenged in others.
SpraySeal NS-R200 is a superior option due to the monolithic and seamless, one time application. The
SpraySeal NS-R200 membrane is extremely tough, and adheres to any substrate. There is no need for a torch down application, as the
SpraySeal NS-R200 is cold liquid applied.

Inverted Roof System:
Inverted roofing systems typically last longer than traditional roofs. An inverted roof is a form of a flat roof, where the waterproofing membrane is beneath the thermal insulation, also known as an “upside down” roof. The inverted system protects the SpraySeal NS-R200 membrane from any mechanical damage that may be posed throughout the life span of the roof. SpraySeal NS-R200 has tremendous strength and adhesion properties to various substrates. Inverted roof types typically have a protection drainage mat, rigid insulation, geo fabric, and ballast gravel on top of the SpraySeal NS-R200 membrane. The SpraySeal NS-R200 acts as a superior solution because of the membranes tremendous adhesion, elongation and tensile strength competences.
Outverted Roof System:
Outverted roofing systems are very common when structuring a new roof. The SpraySeal NS-R200 membrane is applied as the top coat of an outverted roofing system. With superior adhesion, elongation, and tensile strength, the SpraySeal NS-R200 membrane will improve the longevity of the system. An outverted roof calls for the SpraySeal NS-R200 membrane to be applied on top of a drainage mat, rigid insulation board, a slope package, and finally an air/vapour barrier at the surface. As part of the outverted roofing system, Naturaseal offers NS-AcriSeal,, a bright white, acrylic elastomeric coating. The NS-AcriSeal, acts as a top coat for the SpraySeal NS-R200, which is highly reflective, and poses great savings when it comes to cooling and heating of the building.
