Naturaseal’s SpraySeal NS- F300 products are water-based, utilizing cold liquid applied, adhesion and instant cure technology which can be applied in light rain with as little as a two-man crew.

Both SpraySeal NS-F300 products can easily seal all substrates through transitions including service ducts and pipes, wire fasteners and have excellent sealing properties for assembly applications such as equipment anchoring systems, pipe penetrations and or electrical casing.

SpraySeal NS-F300-BG is an elastomeric coating for waterproofing vertical walls, storm water tanks, ICF foundations, and more. NS-F300-BG is eco-friendly, safe to use, weather resistant, waterproof, and protects against corrosion. NS-F300-BG is a highly versatile elastomeric coating that is cold-applied using a spray system. It can be used to cover a wide variety of surfaces both indoors and outdoors. With its unsurpassed ability to expand and contract, it can easily withstand all weather conditions.

SpraySeal NS-F300+GE is an elastomeric coating for waterproofing horizontal decks, Blindside applications, or full-tanking waterproofing for both formed and shotcrete walls. SpraySeal NS-F300-BG is a water-based material, utilizing cold liquid applied, adhesion and instant cure technology which can be installed in light rain with as little as a two-man crew. High adhesion and elongation properties accommodate normal building movement and common bridges foundation cracks quickly and simply. It also offers environmentally friendly VOC free and proven extended UV exposure, as well as soil gas protection performance. It can easily seal all substrate through transitions including service ducts and pipes, wire fasteners and has excellent sealing properties for assembly applications such as for drainage mat, insulation and or anchoring systems.

SpraySeal NS-F300-BG

Also known as “blind side waterproofing” when there’s a zero-lot line which is typically found in bulk water applications like sea, fresh water river or lake front properties. Whether your project requires a fully “tanked” or a partial system (vertical only), SpraySeal NS-F300+GE offers speed, safety and environmental stewardship utilizing water based cold liquid applied, and instant cure technology. SpraySeal NS-F300+GE has superior adhesion of wet concrete to cured membrane through a mechanical bond. SpraySeal NS-F300+GE is also tested to withstand over 150 PSI of hydrostatic pressure resistance, which allows for applications in deep foundations. Whalers, rackers, and service transitions are quickly treated in a monolithic seamless applied application. Soil gases and most contaminated soils do not affect the service performance of this proven and highly compatible material. Typical blind side applications using I beams and wood lagging, shotcrete or secant wall pile technologies are easily and quickly waterproofed with an industry leading hydrostatic pressure value. Meets all building code and jurisdiction requirements. NaturSeal’s custom DELTA-NaturaDRAIN is used as part of the blinside/ full-tanking waterproofing system. SpraySeal NS-F300+GE can also be used for horizontal deck/ podium applications where waterproofing over parking garages is necessary.

NaturaSeal NS – SGDP – 500 offers a quick and safe application that meets the building code for traditional residential homes.
